Tsion Kassa, VP of Client Services, offers a unique, global perspective to effectively spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational growth.  Her passion for aligning client needs with organizational goals through transformative business tools allows her to develop strategic business objectives, leveraging cutting-edge approaches to deliver impactful solutions.   


With more than 25 years of experience in staffing, organizational management, project management, and learning solutions, Kassa brings a wealth of expertise in designing and implementing tailored customer experience solutions that meet the evolving needs of organizations. 


Prior to joining Redda Group, Kassa held key leadership roles where she demonstrated a keen ability to align strategies with business objectives, resulting in measurable outcomes and substantial results. Throughout her career, she is best known for fostering collaborative environments that encourage innovation and creativity. Furthermore, Kassa has been persistently vocal in the importance of staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices through continuing education and development.


Kassa holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and an M.S. degree in Business Management, both from the University of Maryland. She is committed to driving positive change and making a lasting impact on individuals and organizations through the power of learning, sharing and development.
