Eliana Hassen, as CEO and Managing Partner of Redda Group, leads the firm with a focus on strategic growth in advisory services and executive search. With over twenty-five years in the professional services sector, her career is distinguished by leadership roles in technology,  staffing, consulting, and business process outsourcing, across specialty disciplines to include Sales, Marketing, Digital, Creative Services, and Technology.

Under Hassen's leadership, Redda Group has navigated critical transformations for clients, including start-ups, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions, driven by her commitment to strategic growth, transformation, and service delivery excellence. 

Her leadership has not only driven organizations to achieve record breaking success, but her dedication to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and gender parity has also garnered her accolades such as being named one of the "Best CEOs for Women" by Clearly Rated and securing a place among the "Top 5 Staffing Leaders to Watch in 2023" by the World Staffing Awards.

Hassen's impact extends beyond corporate success; she has significantly contributed to various industries, serving a third of the Fortune 500 companies and making a difference through work with non-profits, NGOs, and government agencies. Her efforts have solidified her status as a transformative leader dedicated to excellence and innovation on a global scale.

Before leading Redda Group, Hassen was the CEO of Onward Search, a workforce solutions company specializing in the Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Gaming sectors. She has also held key executive roles at notable companies to include Williams Lea Tag Worldwide, Aquent, and IBM. 

 

As a first-generation American and fervent DEIB advocate, Hassen's passion for exploring diverse cultures enriches both her personal life and her professional approach. In her down time, she enjoys traveling and sharing in cultural explorations with her three children, gardening and cheering on the University of Maryland Terps.
