Scott serves as the Senior Partner of Advisory Services and is a globally experienced leadership and strategy consultant and executive coach with over twenty years of direct client experience. He has worked providing focused interventions for senior teams, leading advisory and executive coaching engagements, designing and facilitating global leadership programs, and creating customized executive talent solutions across various industries. His specific work includes long term engagements with Goldman Sachs, BASF, Merrill Lynch, Mars, Incorporated, the Wharton School, and a widely diversified portfolio of organizations from startups to global academy companies.

 

Throughout his consulting career, Scott has managed teams of senior practitioners, designed and led large-scale global curriculum programs, advised C-Suite executives, and helped a vast network of leaders grow to meet today’s marketplace challenges.
