WASHINGTON, D.C. — August 31, 2026 — The Redda Group, a leadership advisory, executive search, leadership development, and workforce solutions firm, today announced the appointment of Brian Guidry as Managing Partner and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

In his new role, Guidry will lead Redda Group’s sales and revenue growth efforts across its Leadership and Organizational Advisory, Executive and Leadership Search, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching, and Workforce Solutions businesses. He will also work closely with CEO and Founder Eliana Hassen on the firm’s broader growth strategy, including strategic acquisitions that add complementary brands, capabilities, and market reach.

Guidry brings more than 30 years of experience in workforce solutions, enterprise sales, business development, and revenue leadership. He has held senior leadership roles with organizations including Synergis, Onward Search, Kforce, and Aquent, where he spent nearly two decades. Throughout his career, he has built and led sales and delivery organizations, developed enterprise client relationships, launched new business lines, and driven growth across the workforce solutions industry.

“Brian is joining Redda at an important point in our growth,” said Eliana Hassen, CEO and Founder of The Redda Group. “Brian and I have worked together successfully at two organizations over the course of our careers, so I know firsthand the impact he can have on a business. He is an exceptional sales and growth leader with a proven ability to build markets, develop strong teams, deepen client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue. As we enter our next phase of growth, I’m excited to have Brian helping us scale our existing businesses while also working alongside me to expand the Redda Group platform through strategic acquisitions.”

Guidry’s initial focus will be on strengthening Redda Group’s sales engine, expanding strategic and enterprise accounts, developing new client relationships, and creating greater opportunities to bring the firm’s full range of capabilities to clients.

“Redda Group has built a differentiated platform that brings together leadership advisory, executive search, leadership development, and workforce solutions at a time when organizations increasingly need these capabilities to work together,” said Guidry. “There is a significant opportunity to expand the reach of the firm, deepen how we serve our clients, and build on the strong foundation already in place. I’m excited to join the team and help drive the next stage of Redda’s growth.”

Guidry’s appointment comes as Redda Group continues to expand its work with organizations navigating growth, transformation, leadership transitions, organizational change, and evolving workforce needs across the private, public, nonprofit, and international sectors.
