Blanche Woodbridge joins Redda Group as the Managing Director of Search and TalentNOW, bringing with her an extensive 30-year background in professional staffing and leadership. Woodbridge has been at the forefront of staffing innovation, managing a full spectrum of staffing functions including sales, talent acquisition, and service operations. Her expertise spans executive search, managed services, BPO, RPO, VMS, MSP solutions, and more.
